Our ordering process is being handled by the office staff of Calvary Baptist Church, Canton, IL.

To order TOP materials

  1. Send an email to: top@cbcanton.com requesting more information or to place order for booklets.
  2. Presently we are only able to accept checks in advance of shipping. Checks are to be made out to Calvary Baptist Church and there is a suggested donation of $3.00 per booklet.
  3. Upon receipt of your check, the booklets will be shipped and a donor statement will be sent to you.
